摘要
以数值模拟的结果为基础,分析了3种不同进口速度条件对汽轮机排汽缸气动性能的影响,给出了各不同进口速度条件下的排汽缸的排汽损失系数及流场图谱,并在此基础上,分析了不同进口条件下排汽缸汽流能量的分配,提出了排汽缸优化设计的方向。
On the basis of numerical simulations, this paper analyzes the influences of three different inlet conditions on gas dynamic performances of turbine exhaust hood. It provides the loss coefficient of exhausting gas and flow-field structure of exhaust hood in different inlet conditions. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the distribution of gas energy of exhaust hood in different inlet conditions and provides the basic direction of the exhaust hood optimization design.
