摘要
介绍了国产引进型３００ＭＷ汽轮机轴封系统的工作原理，通过对嘉兴电厂两台机组的轴封系统试验，分析了因该系统运行性能不良而导致汽轮机真空严密性差、轴端冒汽、润滑油带水等一系列问题的原因，经技术改进和运行优化，有效地提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。
The working theory of gland steam system of 300MW imported steam turbine is introduced in this paper. A series of problems which are caused by the undesirable running condition of gland steam system such as low vacuum of system,steam leaking at the ends of shafts,water contained in lube oil,are analyzed according to the result of the tests carried on the two units of Jia Xing power plant. The economization and safety performance are improved effectively by technique improvement and optimizing of running mode.
