摘要
为观察中药白头翁汤口服配合三黄汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效，将180例患者分为两组，治疗组给予白头翁汤口服并配合三黄汤灌肠，对照组给于柳氮磺吡啶常规治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善情况及结肠镜检结果。结果显示，白头翁汤口服配合三黄汤灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效（97．8％）明显优于对照组（84．4％）（P〈0．05）。结果表明，白头翁汤口服加三黄汤灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。
The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of oral administrating Baitouweng Tang（pulsatilla decoction） and enema with Sanhuang Tang（compound Chinese drugs）,for ulcerative colitis （UC）. The 180 patients with this disease were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group received oral administrating the decoction and enema with Sanhuang Tang, controlled group received routine salazo- sulfapyridine therapy,then their improved status of symptoms before and after treatment were observed, the patients of both groups also received colonscopy. As results, therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of controlled group（97.8% vs 84.4%, P 〈0.05） ,these indicate that Baitouweng Tang has better curative efficacy on UC.
