摘要
以红花大金元(红大)为接穗,以K326、云烟97、柯克137、宾川兰花烟为嫁接的砧木,对4种嫁接苗和红大自根苗,在不同施氮肥条件下(0,3,5,7 kg)进行了农艺性状、抗病性、经济性状和化学品质的比较试验。结果表明:在5 kg N肥施用量条件下,红大/云烟97嫁接苗的产质量高于红大自根苗,烟叶化学成分协调性优于红大自根苗,嫁接苗可增加收入276元/667 m2,并且对根结线虫病等病害有较强的抗性。
On rootstocks K326,Yunyan97,Keke137,Binchuanlanhuayan,Honghuadajinyuan was grafted.Taking ungrafted Honghuadajinyuan seedling as the control,plot experiments were carried out under nitrogen fertilizer levels of 0,3,5 and 7 kg to compare their agronomic traits,disease resistance,economic characteristics and chemical quality.The results showed that at the nitrogen fertilizer level of 5 kg,Honghuadajinyuan/Yunyan97 grafted seedling were better than the control in terms of chemistry,yield,quality and resistance to root knot nematode disease,which also increased income by 276 yuan/hm2.
