摘要
为试制细特棉大麻混纺紧密竹节纱,选用棉大麻混纺粗纱,在紧密纺改造的细纱机上采用竹节纱装置,试制出了棉/大麻65/35 9.7 tex混纺紧密竹节纱,并对影响成纱质量的捻度和紧密纺负压值两项工艺参数进行了试验优选。结果得出对于节长5 cm,竹粗200%,基纱长度11 cm,平均号数为9.7 tex的棉大麻紧密竹节纱,较优的工艺参数为捻度1 217.9捻/m,负压2 400 Pa。
To spin fine cotton hemp blended compact slub yarn,cotton hemp blended roving was selected,slub yarn device was adopted on modified compact spinning frame,finally cotton/hemp 65/35 9.7 rex blended compact slub yarn was produced successfully. Twist and compact negative pressure were tested and optimized. For average count 9.7 tex cotton hemp blended compact slub yarn, the better processing parameter should be 1 217.9 twist per meter, negative pressure should be 2 400 Pa when slub length is 5 cm, slub multiple is 200% and base yarn length is 11 cm.
