摘要
目的 探讨血清8-异构前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系以及在冠脉硬化形成中的作用.方法 选择健康人40名和不同程度冠心病患者106例,采用ELISA法分别检测血清中8-iso-PGF2α的浓度.根据检测血清8-iso-PGF2α浓度,将入选对象分为低危(<300 pg/L)、中危(≥300pg/L~<500 pg/L)和高危(≥500 Pg/L)三组,分析8-iso-PGF2α与Gensini积分的相关性.根据冠脉造影结果 ,按血管病变支数分为单支血管病变、双支血管病变和三支以上血管病变三组,分别与8-iso-PGF2α作相关分析,分析各组之间关系.结果 入选冠心病患者ln[Gensini积分]与8-iso-PGF2α呈正相关性(r=0.660,P<0.01).根据检测血清8-iso-PGF2α浓度分组,各组8-iso-PGF2α浓度均与ln[Gensini积分]有良好的相关性,且血清8-iso-PGF2α浓度冠越高,ln[Gensini积分]越高,冠脉病变越严重(P<0.05).按血管病变支数分组,8-iso-PGF2α浓度与血管病变支数呈正相关(r=0.725,P<0.01);单支血管病变、双支血管病变、三支血管病变各组与对照组相比血清8-iso-PGF2α均显著升高(P<0.01),但冠心病不同病变血管组之间两两比较,8-isoPGF2α差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 作为氧化性损伤的标志物8-iso-PGF2α与冠心病患者器质性冠脉病变严重程度具有良好的相关性,并随病变严重程度加重而升高.
Objective To study the relationship between 8-iso-PGF2a, and the severity of coronary artery process in coronary artery disease(CHD) patients and find the effects of 8-iso-PGF2a in atherosclerosis. Methods 40 health person and 106 different extent patients with coronary artery disease were selected. The serum of 8-iso- PGF2a. Was detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. According to the density of serum 8-iso- PGF2a, all CHD patients were divided into three groups: low risk group (〈300 pg/L), medium risk group( ≥300 pg/L-〈500 pg/L) and high risk group (9500 pg/L). The relationship between 8-iso-PGF2a and accumulated score of gensine were analyzed. According to the structural diseases in coronary artery by coronary artery angiogram (CAG), all CHD patients were divided into three groups again: single branch coronary artery disease group, double branch coronary artery disease group, three or more than three branch coronary artery disease group. The rela- tionship between 8-iso-PGF2a and structural diseases in coronary artery in different groups were analyzed. Results In all patients, the density of serum 8-iso-PGF2a had positive correlation with lu [ accumulated points of gensin ](r=0.660, P〈0.0001 ). In different group, the density of serum 8-iso-PGF2a. was positive correlation with In[accumulated points of gensine] and that increased along with it (P〈0.05). In all patients, the density of serum 8- iso-PGF2a had positive correlation with the structural diseases in coronary artery (r=0.725, P〈0.001 ). In defferent branch coronary artery disease group,the density of serum 8-iso-PGF2a were increased than normal subjects (P〈 0.001 ),but had no difference each other (P〉0.05). Conclusion As an index of lipid oxidative stress injury in coronary artery, the density of serum 8-iso-PGF2a was increased along with the severity of coronary artery process in coronary artery disease patients.
