摘要 心血管生化标志物(biomarker)是近年随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的发展而提出的一类可检测、可量化的血液生化物质,不仅能从分子水平反映神经激素激活、心肌细胞应激和坏死以及细胞外基质重塑等不同心血管疾病病理生理机制,而且可准确、敏感地评价早期、低水平的损害,在心血管疾病的诊断、治疗和预后方面具有重要意义.近年研究发现,生长分化因子15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)除在类风湿性关节炎[1]、肿瘤[2]和地中海贫血[3]等非心血管系统疾病状态下表达增加,还在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、氧化应激、炎性因子和心肌压力超负荷等病理过程中发挥抑制心肌细胞凋亡、抗心肌肥厚和心脏扩大等保护性作用,有望成为新的心血管生化标志物之一[4,5].
