摘要
介绍城市轨道交通领域的一项发明专利技术——新型通风空调集成系统。通过一系列技术手段,在保证系统功能要求实现的前提下,解决城市轨道交通通风空调系统机房占地过大、土建成本过高以及系统运行能耗过高的主要矛盾。新型通风空调集成系统被首次应用在北京地铁5号线工程中,测试结果表明:系统集成理念、风机变频技术以及可电动开启表冷器等新技术的应用使得新型系统在技术上获得成功。通过与传统系统的综合经济比较,节省大量投资和运营费用,经济效益显著。
New integrated ventilation and at-conditioning system is the patent technology in the field of urban rail transit, which has been used on Line 5 of Beijing subway for the first time. Based on the technical characteristics of the new system, the paper describes the basic technical thought, system constitution, technical difficulties and solutions for reducing the area occupied by ventilation and ah'-conditioning room and energy consumption. Testing results of the new system adopted on Beijing subway Line 5 indicated that new technology was satisfactory due to the application of the integrated system idea, fan frequency conversion technology and the motorized movable cooling coil. Compared with the traditional system, the new integrated system will bring forth huge economic benefits in the future.
