摘要
本文通过２例间变型室管膜瘤的光镜、电镜研究，结合文献复习总结了间变型室管膜瘤的电镜诊断和鉴别诊断要点。电镜对本瘤的确诊具有重要价值。
Two anaplastic ependymomas were studied by light and electron microscope.Relative literature was reviewed diagnosis and differential diagnosis of electron microscopy is dicussed.The electron microscopy is useful in establishing or confirming the diagnosis of anaplastic ependymoma.
