摘要
文章界定了我国女性高层次人才的内涵及类型,归纳了影响女性高层次人才成长的影响因素,指出了我国未来女性高层次人才开发实践工作的方向。
This article defines Chinese Female High-level professionals,the connotation and types,summarizes the factors impacting their growth,and points out the future direction in the work of managing and exploring female high-level talents.
