摘要
电站锅炉热管往往由于安全阀连接焊缝开裂而失效。对天津某电厂的安全阀连接焊缝测定了材料的性能和应力。结果表明,安全阀连接焊缝开裂主要是由于安全阀动作时产生的瞬间动态应力所致。采用液压式阻尼器能有效防止安全阀连接焊缝开裂。
The failure of hot pipe of power utility boiler arises frequently from the cracking of safety valve jointing weld.The property and stress were measured for the safety valve jointing weld of a power plant in Tianjin.The results reveal that the cracking of safety valve weld arises primarily from an instantaneous dynamic stress resulting from the moving of safety valve,and the application of hydraulic damper may prevent the safety valve from cracking.
