2009年8月14日《临床医师肿瘤杂志》(CA Cancer J Clin)的News and Views栏目发表了1篇题为"针刺和点压疗法干预放疗后副作用"的文章,文中推荐了点压内关穴治疗放疗后恶心、呕吐的方法。然而,美国科罗拉多医学院的Carl教授对这篇文章提出了强烈的质疑,认为点压内关穴起到的仅仅是公认的安慰剂作用。在仔细研读文章后,我们从内关穴的点压方法和理论基础等方面分析了之所以被认为是安慰剂的可能原因。我们的观点得到了该杂志社的认可,于2009年10月19日在《CA Cancer J Clin》网页上发表。
An article entitled ＂Acupressure and acupuncture for side effects of radiotherapy＂ was published online in ＂News and Views＂ column of ＂CA Cancer J Clin＂ on August 14, 2009, and it recommended that stimulation of acupuncture points Nei-Guan（p6） might reduce radiotherapy related nausea and vomiting. But Professor Carl from Colorado School of Medicine queried this article and raised that acupressure and acupuncture have recognized placebo effects. After careful reading, we explained the reason why this article showed that it just has placebo effects from two points of acupressure method and its rationale. Our point of view was accepted by the editor of ＂CA Cancer J Clin＂ and the letter we wrote was published online on 19 October, 2009.
