摘要
研究了不同成分高速列车用钢弹簧材料的大气腐蚀性能.腐蚀实验结果表明,若弹簧钢中的Mn含量偏低(0.54%),即使加入0.15%Cu也不能明显改善其耐大气腐蚀性能;但在Mn含量为0.73%~1.05%及Cr含量为0.93%~1.15%的范围内,加入0.15%~0.2%Cu可明显地提高弹簧钢耐大气腐蚀性能.模拟酸雨干湿交替实验结果进一步表明,加入0.15%Cu就可明显改善弹簧钢的耐大气腐蚀性能.
The effect of chemical composition on atmospheric corrosion of a spring steel for highspeed trains was studied.The cyclic wet/dry test results showed that the atmospheric corrosion property of the steel with relatively low Mn content(0.54%) could not be obviously improved even with addition of 0.15%Cu.However,when the alloying elements content in the range of 0.73%—1.05%Mn and 0.93%—1.15%Cr,addition of 0.15%—0.20%Cu could effectively improve the atmospheric corrosion property for the steel.It was further proved by the wet/dry alternate tests under the simulated acid rain condition that the addition of 0.15%Cu could effectively slow down the atmospheric corrosion rate of the steel.
