摘要
用电化学阻抗测量和浸泡实验在高压釜中模拟300m(3.0 MPa)深海环境研究Intershield 300 ENA301有机涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的失效行为,并与常压环境中涂层的失效行为对比分析.结果表明:压力加速了涂层的破坏,高压和常压环境中涂层的失效行为不同,压力环境中涂层失效表现为起泡,涂层下的金属未发生腐蚀,常压环境中涂层的失效表现为涂层下金属的腐蚀,而涂层未发生起泡.
The degradation behavior of an Intershield 300 ENA301 organic coating on 907A steel in a simulated deep sea environment was studied in an autoclave,in comparison with that under atmospheric pressure.The results indicated that the high-pressure accelerated the degradation process of the coating.The degradation modes of the coatings in the above two cases were different, blisters of coatings were observed in the case under high-pressure whilst the substrate steel was kept intact.In the case under atmospheric pressure,the substrate steel was corroded,while no blisters occurred.
