摘要
城市土地利用和交通运输系统之间的关系是一种以交通空间需求为纽带的作用与反馈的互动关系,城市土地利用布局决定城市交通空间需求结构,交通空间需求又是城市交通系统运行的基础。引入交通空间需求的概念,并在此基础上剖析城市交通空间需求、交通系统与土地利用三者的互动关系,提出土地利用与交通系统一体化协调发展的方向,对于我国城市规划与交通规划的结合有着重要的借鉴意义。
The relation between urban land-use and transit systems is an interactive relation linked with the spatial traffic demand.Urban land-use layout determines the spatial traffic demand＇s structure,and the spatial traffic demand is the basis of city traffic running well.The concept of the spatial traffic demand and the relationship between the spatial traffic demand is explained.The traffic system and land-use is introduced.And the direction of land use and the traffic system integration and coordination is put forward.This can be used for reference for the right blend of urban planning and transportation planning.
