摘要 化感作用是植物通过淋溶、挥发、残茬降解和根系分泌向环境中释放化学物质,从而对自身或周围其他植物的生长产生影响的现象(孔垂华等,2002;彭少麟等,2001)。这种作用在自然界中比较广泛,对森林群落演替、植被恢复、农业及林业生产等均有重大影响,是一不可忽视的化学生态因子(林思祖等,2002;Halpern et al.,1997)。自毒作用是化感作用的一种特殊类型,它是指供体与受体属于同一种植物, In petri dish bioassay of its seed germination and seedling growth,the autotoxicity of roots,branches,leaves extracts and volatile oil of Pinus tabulaeformis was investigated.The results showed that all extracts and volatile oil of P.tabulaeformis had different allelochemicals and autotoxicity effects.Among the all extracts,the ethyl acetate extracts of leaves and branches exhibited the strongest autotoxicity to the seed germination and the seedling growth,while the extracts of root exhibited the weak effects.The ethyl acetate extracts of leaves and branches both inhibited the seed germination by 86.95% ;the root growth by 100% and 93.22%,respectively;the shoot growth by 100% and 90.09%,respectively at 30 mg.mL-1 concentration.The volatile oil of P.tabulaeformis had significant inhibitory effects on the seed germination and seedling growth,and it inhibited the seed germination,the root and shoot growth by 65.52%,83.33% and 77.14%,respectively.It was indicated that these volatiles oil contained potential allelochemical,which might be related to the higher contents of terpene compounds.The autotoxicity of P.tabulaeformis affected itself regeneration,which might be a major factor for the degeneration of pure P.tabulaeformis forests.
