摘要
针对我国煤气层钻机多采用水源钻机和物探钻机,而且比较简陋,装机功率小,运行效率低和搬迁费用高的问题,根据煤气层开采的特殊性,研制了MZJ10煤层气钻机。该钻机为车装式、全液压驱动和控制,钻井所需的提升下压功能、旋转功能、循环功能、辅助设备和井口工具等全部实现了液压传动和控制,操作简便,自动化程度高。试验表明,在1000m钻井过程中,各系统运行平稳,各项性能指标符合设计要求。
In light of the problem that the coal-bed gas drilling rig in China generally adopts water well rigs and geophysical rigs with a simple structure,a small installed power,a low efficiency in operation and high costs of transportation,Model MZJ10 coal-bed gas drilling rig was developed according to the special conditions of coal-bed gas recovery.The rig was truck-mounted,fully hydraulically driven and controlled.The lifting and pushing function,rotation function,circulation function,auxiliary mechanism and wellhead tools required by drilling were all hydraulically driven and controlled with a simple operation and a high automation.The test shows that in the process of 1,000 m drilling,every system of the rig operated properly and the performance indexes agreed with the design requirements.
