摘要 用正交实验确定酶法提取怀菊花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶10,酶解温度45℃,pH=6.2,纤维素酶用量0.25g/L,果胶酶用量0.3g/L,酶解时间150min,浸提时间60min,浸提液体积40mL.在此条件下怀菊花总黄酮的得率可达6.83%. The optimum conditions of enzymatic extraction total flavone from Morifolium Ramat Chrysanthemum were determined by orthogonal test.The results showed that the ratio of material and solvent is 1∶10,enzyme treatment temperature was 45 ℃,pH was 6.2,cellulase dosage was 0.25 g/L,pectase dosage was 0.3 g/L,hydrolysis time was 150 min,extraction time was 60 min,volume of extracting solution was 40 mL.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of total flavone is up to 6.83%.
