摘要
以自制的蓖麻油酸为原料,用高锰酸钾氧化法来制备1,9-壬二酸,采用单因素实验法探讨了反应条件对1,9-壬二酸收率的影响.获得的适宜反应条件为:n(KMnO4)∶n(蓖麻油酸)=3.5∶1,反应温度60~70℃,反应时间0.35h.该条件下,1,9-壬二酸的收率在95%以上.与其他的合成工艺相比,该工艺具有原料廉价易得、反应条件温和、产品收率高且纯度高等优点.
1,9-azelaic acid was prepared by potassium permanganate method using self-made castor oil acid as raw material.The effects of reaction conditions were studied through single factor experiment.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained n(KMnO4)∶n(castor oil acid)=3.5∶1,reaction temperature 60~70 ℃,reaction time 0.35 h.The yield of 1,9-azelaic acid was over 95% under the optimum conditions.Compared with the old synthetic technology,the process has advantages such as cheap raw materials,moderate reaction conditions,high yield and high purity.
