摘要
提出一种以机床电机电流参数、速度参数及主轴冷却系统进、出油口的油温温差为热误差因子,利用多元线性回归模型,对加工中心切削过程的热误差进行实时预测的新方法。切削加工的实验结果表明,热误差的推定值与实测值具有良好的一致性。
By utilizing multivariate linear regression,taking electrical current parameter,speed parameter and difference in temperature at inport and outport of cooling system of main spindle as thermal error factors,a new method was provided for real time predication of thermal error during machining.The cutting experimental results show the calculated deformations are in good agreement with measured actual values.
