摘要
运用极化曲线、循环极化曲线等电化学方法研究了0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢经不同工艺固溶处理后的耐海水腐蚀性能,并对显微组织进行了观察和分析。试验结果表明:在1040℃下该不锈钢经60min固溶处理可获最佳的耐海水腐蚀性能和较高的硬度值。其显微组织主要为淬火马氏体+少量的残余奥氏体+δ-铁素体,且晶粒大小均匀。
The corrosion resistance property in artificial seawater of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel after different heat treatment processes was investigated by electrochemical tests and the microstrueture was analyzed. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance property and hardness of the steel are improved after solution treatment for 60min at 1040℃ before the intermediate treatment and aging treatment. The main phases of the steel after the heat treatment are quenched martensite, some retained austenite and 8- ferritic and the grain size is uniform.
