摘要
采用80℃热水为溶剂,浸泡提取,采用正交实验设计,以多糖含量为指标,筛选玉竹多糖的提取工艺。玉竹多糖的最佳提取工艺为:加6倍量80℃热水温浸提取3次,每次1h。
To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill) Druce,we take the content of polysaccharide as the observation index,and study the extraction process by the L9(34) orthogonal design.The best technology is 6 times amount of water added,80℃ temperature water dipped 3 times,and one hour each time.
