摘要
介绍了油液分析在大型泥水-气垫式平衡盾构机状态监测中的应用。对盾构机轴承密封方式进行分析,对主轴承润滑油样进行定期取样监测,发现该盾构机主轴承润滑系统受到油脂污染。根据油液监测的分析结果,对该轴承系统润滑油进行不定期更换和添加新油,使盾构机轴承系统保持良好的润滑状态,从而保证盾构机轴承系统安全运行。
This article describes the oil analysis' application in the condition monitoring of a large Slurry Balance Shield machine. Based on the analysis of the shield machine's main bearing sealing methods and the detection of the oil sampled from the bearing's lubrication system periodically, found that the shield machine main bearing lubrication system was contaminated by grease. According to the analysis of oil monitoring, Countermeasures including replacing the oil and adding new oil to the shield bearing lubrication system were taken to maintain a good lubrication state of shield- bearing system and ensure the normal work and safe operation of the shield machine.
