摘要
为了探讨不同品种的缓凝剂与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性,研究了柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和蔗糖4种常用的缓凝组分与聚羧酸减水剂复配后对水泥净浆流动度、流动度损失、凝结时间和抗折抗压强度的影响,初步分析了各种缓凝剂与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性影响机理。结果表明,葡萄糖酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和蔗糖与聚羧酸减水剂复合有利于提高混凝土的工作性能;复掺葡萄糖酸钠和蔗糖对水泥凝结时间的延长效果较好;复掺PN后水泥胶砂在各龄期的抗折和抗压强度均有提高;复掺ZT后水泥胶砂的早期强度降低,中后期强度提高幅度较小。从提高浆体的工作性能、延缓凝结时间、提高力学性能等3个方面考虑,PN与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性较为理想。
In order to probe into the compatibility of various retarder components and polycarboxylic water-reducer,this essay discusses the influence of four usually used retarders,including citric acid,sodium gluconate,sodium hexametaphosphate and cane sugar,on the fluidity,lose of fluidity,setting time and bending strength as well as compressive strength of cement paste after mixed with polycarboxylic water-reducer.The reason of effect of the compatibility of different retarders and polycarboxylic water-reducer is analyzed preliminarily.The result shows that the recombination of sodium gluconate,sodium hexametaphosphate,cane sugar and polycarboxylic water-reducer can enhance the performance of concrete;mixed with sodium gluconate and cane sugar,the effect of concrete setting time will be better;added with PN,bending strength and compressive strength of cement mortar are improved at various ages;mixed with ZT,the early phase intensity of cement mortar lessens,and that of late-mid period is slightly increased.Considering from three aspects of performance,setting time delaying and mechanical property improvement,the compatibility of PN and polycarboxylic water-reducer is much better.
