摘要
大量污水处理厂的投产,污泥产量大幅增加,污泥体积庞大,含水率高,需及时进行减容化和稳定化的处理,污泥脱水十分必要。分析了常用的3种污泥脱水设备,包括板框压滤机、带式压滤机和离心脱水机,从工作原理、设备选型时重点考虑的问题及维护运行成本等方面探讨了脱水设备的选择标准。
As a large number of sewage treatment plants put into operation, the sludge production increase substantially. The sludge, with large volume and high water content, require volume reduction and stabilization treatment in time,so sludge dewatering is very necessary. There are three kinds of sludge dewatering equipments which are often used： plate-and frame filter press, belt filter press and centrifugal hydroextractor. To select the proper dehydration equipment should take account of the working principle, the cost of maintenance and operation, etc..
