摘要
综述近年来建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型的原理、方法和应用;从免疫学、抗氧化、调节一氧化氮、结肠动力和结肠电、调节胃肠激素等多方面总结中医药防治本病的可能机制,并在此基础上指出目前研究中存在的问题和今后发展的方向。
This article summarizes the principles,methods and application of establishing the ulcerative colitis model in rats,sums up the possible mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in preventing and treating ulcerative colitis from different aspects,including immunology,anti-oxidation,regulation of nitric oxide,motivation and electrophysiology of colon and regulation of gastrointestinal hormone,and then points out the problems and the developmental trend in future.
