64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的临床应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的临床应用。方法46例冠心病患者同时行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和冠状动脉造影,比较对冠状动脉显示的影响。结果64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠脉狭窄的敏感性为97%、特异性为95%、阳性预测值87%、阴性预测值98%。结论64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像能精确地评价冠状动脉狭窄,具有很好的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore clinical application of coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT. Methods 46 patients with coronary heart disease were undergone both coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiography, and the effects on coronary display respectively were compared Results Coronary display in coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT was better than that of the coronary angiography,which was a inspection pattern of noninvasive coronary display. Conclusion Coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT can accurately evaluate coronary artery stenosis, which was worth to application.
