以8V150大功率柴油机的减振为背景,为其设计了金属橡胶隔振器作为其悬置元件。首先根据实际需要选择合适的原材料,并将其制成金属丝网块,然后分析了网块的相关参数对其性能的影响,最后对其进行了功能结构设计。
According the background of the damping of 8V150 high-power diesel engine,design the metal rubber isolator mount as part of its suspension components.First,according to the actual needs,select suitable raw materials,and apply the method to process a certain space of its network structure which is made of metal mesh block.Then analyze the relevant parameters of the network block on its performance,finally,design the functional structure.
