摘要
介绍了超声波清洗、杀菌以及超滤膜分离技术的原理;首次将探头式超声波发生器与管道式超声波发生器融合,设计了一种探头&管道式超声波发生器。提出超声波与超滤膜技术用于油田油水分离及杀菌技术的原理及思路,设计了超声波-超滤膜油田污水处理方案,在油田污水的处理中取得了良好的效果。
Introduction the uitrasonic cleaning,sterilization,and the principle of membrane separation technology;the first time pr obe ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic generator pipeline integration,design of a probe Pipeline ultrasonic generator.Ultrasonic and ultra liltration membrane is proposed for oil water separation technology and the principles of stenlization and ideas the design of ultrasound-oilfield wastewater treatment membrane program,in the field of sewage treatment achieved good results.
