125I粒子联合EP方案治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 局部晚期不可切除的非小细胞肺癌约占新诊断病例的35%-40%,同期放化疗是标准治疗选择。125I粒子属于新型的低能放射性核素,随着计算机和影像引导技术的进步,形成了用125I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的现代肿瘤微创内照射的新技术,此项技术越来越引起医学界的重视,成为治疗恶性肿瘤的一种重要手段。125I粒子对多数肿瘤都是有作用的,一般情况下都可以应用,
