随着全球经济一体化的发展,面对全球金融危机的影响,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业作为经济实体,其利润空间逐渐缩小,现阶段,成本管理尤其显得重要。但就目前情况来看,企业的成本管理的现状不容乐观,存在着如管理理念定位不准确、方法不得力等等亟待解决的问题。只有采用新理念、新方法加强成本管理,提高竞争力,才能使企业有更大的发展空间。
