摘要
目的:研究复合氨基酸失衡液(AAI)和几种单成分AAI对荷瘤小鼠营养状况的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为九组,即A组(平衡氨基酸组),B组(富含精氨酸AAI组),C组(去缬氨酸AAI组),D组(富含亮氨酸AAI组),E组(去酪氨酸AAI组),F组(去苯丙氨酸AAI组),G组(去丝氨酸AAI组),H组(去氨基酸组:不加氨基酸),I组(复合AAI组),分别给予含不同AAI的全胃肠内营养液12 d。以体重丢失、血清转铁蛋白、前清蛋白、T细胞亚群作为衡量小鼠营养状况的指标。结果:与A、B、I组比,C、D、E、F、G组体重丟失明显;与I组比,H组体重丟失明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。各组血清转铁蛋白比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与C、H组比,B组前清蛋白浓度增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与A组比,B、I组CD3、CD4水平明显升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡氨基酸、富含精氨酸AAI和复合AAI对小鼠能保持较好的营养状况,而其他AAI对小鼠营养状况产生不同程度的影响。
Objective: To study the influence of several amino acid imbalance solutions on nutritional status in tumor-bearing mice.Methods: According to formulas of amino acid composition in nutrition solutions respectively,the hepatoma 22-bearing mice were divided into nine different groups: group A(amino acid balance solution),group B(arginine-enriched amino acid imbalance solution),group C(valine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group D(leusine-enriched amino acid imbalance solution),group E(tyrosine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group F(phenylalanine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group G(serine-depleted amino acid imbalance solution),group H(no amino acid),group I(compound amino acid imbalance solution).Total enteral nutrition solutions had been used for 12 days in Hepatoma22-bearing mice.Weight loss,transferrin(TF),prealbumin(PA) and T-cell subgroup were examined.Results: The weight loss was significantly different in group C,D,E,F,G from that in group A,B and I,while that of group H was higher than in group I.No significant difference of TF level in these groups was observed.The level of PA was more different in group B than thatin group C,H.The T-cell subgroup in group B and I was higher than that in group A.Conclusion: Amino acid balance solution,arginine-enriched and complex amino acid imbalance solution can relatively reserve nutrition status of tumor-bearing mice.
