摘要
针对人造金红石母液中影响材料磁性能的硅、铝、钙、镁杂质存在形态,采取控制溶液pH值,添加除杂沉淀剂的方法,通过正交试验和验证试验,获得wSiO2≤16.7×10-6、wCaO<5×10-6、wMgO<5×10-6、wAl2O3<10×10-6的净化溶液,焙烧获得的氧化铁粉达到软磁用氧化铁粉标准SJ/T10383-1993 YHT2水平。
An investigation was made into the form of impurities like silicon,aluminum,calcium and magnesium present in the synthetic rutile mother liquor,which have some effects on the magnetic property of materials.By controlling pH value of the liquor and adding precipitation agent,a purified solution containing wSiO2 ≤16.7×10^-6、wCaO5×10^-6、wMgO5×10^-6、wAl2O310×10^-6 was obtained based on orthogonal and validation tests.Then the purified solution was roasted to prepare ferric oxide powder for soft-magnetic use which is consistent with the standard SJ/T10383-1993YHT2.
