血液肿瘤化疗相关的HBV再激活及其防治 被引量：1

摘要 1化疗后肝损害与HBV再激活 我国是乙型病毒性肝炎高发地区,根据2002年卫生部乙肝血清流行病学调查数据,在我国接受普查的人群中HBsAg携带率高达9.75%.对于合并HBV感染的血液系统恶性疾病患者而言,化疗或造血干细胞移植（HSCT）后肝功能损害十分常见,轻则影响治疗顺利进行,重则可危及患者生命.
