Ikaros与急性淋巴细胞白血病

摘要 近年研究发现,Ikaros因子在淋巴细胞分化发育及淋巴系统肿瘤抑制中起着关键作用,IKZF1基因的不同遗传学表达与急性淋巴细胞白血病的预后相关,本文对此作一综述.
