ALDH1与乳腺癌的相关性研究

摘要 自2007年Ginestier等人[1]发现高表达乙醛脱氢酶1(Aldehyde Dehydrogenase isoform 1,ALDH1)的乳腺癌细胞具有干细胞/祖细胞特性,并与临床预后有显著相关性以来,各国学者对ALDH1与乳腺癌相关性的研究日益增多,本文就ALDH1与乳腺癌的相关性研究作如下综诉.
