摘要
简单介绍了安钢冲渣系统的工艺流程及其在生产应用中存在故障频繁、能耗大等问题,根据企业的生产情况,提出采用变频调速技术和恒定管道压力控制方法的技术改造方案。在该方案的指导下,应用IECCO公司的SLMUSPENTA变频器对安钢冲渣系统进行改造,保证了系统的安全运行,延长了设备寿命,提高了生产自动化水平,有效地降低了企业运行成本,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
This article introduced simply technical process of flushing cinder system in Anyuan Iron and steel plant and the problems of this system,such as frequent breakdown,high energy consumption.According to production situation of the plant,the frequency speed regulation technology and the constant pipeline pressure control method were adopted.Through using IECCO corporation's SLMUSPENTA to reform the flushing cinder system,the safety,economic and stable operation of the system can be maintained quite well.The service life is extended and the automation level is improved,good economic benefit was achieved.
