摘要
介绍了以单片机为核心的孵化设备模糊控制系统的工作原理、硬件结构、软件结构,重点讨论了模糊控制器的参数选择、模糊化与非模糊化的方法、推理规则及设计特点。与采用PID控制的孵化机的控温性能进行对比试验,表明模糊控制系统使孵化机的控温性能明显提高。
The working principal, hardware structure, chief program of
the fuzzy control system based on a monolithic processor for an incubator are introduced and
the parameter selection, methods of fuzzing and nonfuzzing, inference rules and design
characteristics are briefly discussed. The comparative experiments on PID control and fuzzy
control were carried out. The results show that the incubator with fuzzy control system has a
significant effect on temperature control. The control system can also be applied in other
artificial environment controls in agriculture.
