金天格胶囊辅助健骨提高腰椎后外侧植骨融合术治疗效果 被引量:3

The effect of adjunctive therapy with Jin Tiange capsules for the treatment of lumbar posterolateral fusion

摘要 目的评价术后使用金天格胶囊辅助健骨治疗对腰椎后外侧融合术(lumbar posterolateralfusion,LSF)融合效果的影响。方法 2007年2月~2008年2月我科共完成LSF153例,采用随机对照临床研究,76例纳入研究组(使用金天格胶囊辅助术后健骨治疗),另77例纳入对照组(术后仅常规使用钙剂健骨)。所有患者术后健骨治疗12个月,随访复查X光平片评定腰椎融合效果,同时使用VAS评分评定术后下腰痛程度,所有指标的测量结果使用软件包SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果术后12个月复查X光平片研究组70例获得骨性融合(融合率92.1%),4例植骨吸收;对照组仅59例获得骨性融合(融合率76.6%),18例发生植骨吸收。两组间比较研究组植骨融合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。下腰痛VAS评分研究组术后一周7.48±0.34分,术后12个月1.54±0.61分,对照组术后一周7.33±0.46分,术后12个月3.04±0.39,两组患者下腰痛改善程度存在显著差异(P<0.001),说明研究组治疗效果优于对照组。结论 相比较于传统的单纯钙剂健骨,联合应用金天格胶囊能很好缓解腰椎融合术后下腰痛的程度,同时显著提升腰椎后外侧植骨融合手术的融合率。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of adjunctive therapy with Jin Tiange capsules for the treatment of lumbar posterolateral fusion (LPF). Methods From February 2007 to February 2008, 153 cases that had undergone LPF in our department were involved in this study. Seventy-six eases were randomly selected as study group (Jin Tiange capsules accompanied with calcium for the post-surgical bone health therapy) , and 77 cases were in control group (calcium for post - surgical bone health therapy only). X-ray images were used to evaluate the fusion situation after 12 months follow up. Vision analogue scale (VAS) was used to grade residual low back pain after LPF. All data were documented and analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software. Results: The 12-month post-operation X-ray image showed that in study group 70 cases achieved bony fuion (fusion rate 92. 1% ) and bone resorption occurred in 4 cases. In control group, 59 cases achieved bony fusion (fusion rate 76. 6% ) and bone resorption occurred in 18 cases. The fusion rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The VAS score was 7.48 ± 0.341 on the first week post-operatively and 1.54±0. 61 on one year after the operation in the study group. In the control group the VAS score was 7.33±0.46 on the first week post-operatively and 3.04±0. 39 on one year after the operation. The improvement of VAS score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, indicating the treatment effect in the study group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Compared with traditional calcium therapy only, Jin Tiange capsules adjunctive therapy could significantly promote LPF's fusion rate and release low back pain after LPF.
