摘要
在分析自上而下设计原理的基础上,总结了该方法的设计步骤,并在SoliWorks环境下,以12V180ZJ型柴油机曲柄连杆机构设计为例进行了分析验证。研究结果表明,自上而下设计方法通过零部件相互几何关系和几何尺寸的关联可将更多的细节信息包含到设计当中,一旦修改这些信息,系统会自动更新所有相关零部件,以保持设计的一致性,特别适用于新产品的开发。
In this paper,the principle of 'Top to Bottom' design method is analyzed and it's design procedure is summarized.Then,this method's feasibility is verified by designing the crank and connecting rod mechanism of 12V180ZJ diesel engine.The results show that 'Top to Bottom' design method can keep easily the consistency of design procedure by automatically renewing the relative parts according to geometrical relationship and dimensions relevance when some parameter are revised,and this design method is especially suitable for new product development.
