摘要 研究了PSA的分子量对其超滤膜性能的影响,发现PSA分子量高,膜孔径大、分布宽;分子量低,膜孔径小、分布窄;但分子量过低,孔径变大,且分布宽。并就分子量对PSA超滤膜的透水率、截留率、压实性能,以及制膜液的相分离等性能进行比较,讨论成膜机理,改进了的成膜机理较好地解释了实验结果。 The effect of polymer molecular weight on the structure and function of polysulfone amide(PSA) ultrafiltration membranes was investigated. Ultrafiltration membranes were prepared from fractionated and unfractionated PSA. The water flux, pore size and its distribution of PSA membranes were measured, along with the compaction, water-holding. The microstructure was observed with the aid of SEM and TEM. The phase seperation of PSA-DMAc-H_2O ternary system that is similar to the system for preparing membranes was investigated by application of cloud point at 30.0℃.The membrane properties are depended on the molecular weight of PSA. Membranes prepared from high and low molecular weight PSA had big pores and exhibited high water flux, while those prepared from middle molecular weight PSA had small pores and exhibited low water flux. The albumin rejection of the membranes prepared from fractionated PSA were almost constant except the membranes prepared from the lowest molecular weight PSA, while the albumin rejection of the membranes prepared from unfractionated PSA were lower. The mechanism of membrane formation is discussed from the point of results.
