摘要 为提高火电机组运行经济性,优化锅炉运行,分析认为,造成锅炉热效率偏低的主要原因是飞灰炉渣可燃物质量分数过高,其主要原因是煤种掺配比例不合理,入炉煤挥发分偏低,运行氧质量分数不足,煤粉过粗,一次风速过高,燃烧器布置方式与燃用煤种不相适应。为此,采取合理地掺配燃用煤种,提高入炉煤挥发分,保持合适的运行氧质量分数及煤粉细度,降低一次风速至合理值,燃烧器改为一次风集中布置等措施。改造后飞灰可燃物质量分数下降了8.02%,锅炉热效率提高了6.06%。降低飞灰炉渣可燃物是优化运行、提高锅炉热效率的主要途径。 To improve the economics of plant operation and optimize the operation of boiler, the main reason for low thermal efficiency was analyzed, which is the high mass fraction of fuel in fly ash and fuel slag. And the main reasons for high mass fraction of fuel were that the unreasonable blending ratio of coal, lower volatile of coal as fired, less mass fraction of oxygen in operation, excessively coarse pulverized coal, higher primary air speed and unreasonable setting between layout pattern of burners and different burning coal. Some measures such as blending coal reasonably, improving the coal volatile matter, maintaining appropriate oxygen content and fineness, reducing primary air speed reasonably, centralizing primary air etc were adopted. After retrofit, the mass fraction of fuel in fly ash was reduced 8.02%, the boiler thermal efficiency was improved 6.06%. The conclusion is that reducing the fuel content in fly ash and slag is the main way for optimizing operation and improving the boiler thermal efficiency.
