摘要 根据蒲石河水电站重力坝的结构特点,设计采用新型悬臂大钢模板施工。悬臂钢模板主要由整体定型钢模板和悬臂架组成。重点介绍悬臂钢模板结构设计特点、设计计算及主要施工工艺,其中设计计算包括定型钢模板的强度和刚度验算、悬臂架的强度验算和锚固系统中受力螺栓的强度验算,验算结果表明悬臂钢模板各方面均满足设计要求。 Based on structural characteristics of gravity dam of Pushi River Hydropower Station,a kind of new cantilever steel formwork is designed for construction.The cantilever steel formwork is composed of integral setting steel formwork and cantilever stent.Design characteristic,design calculation and main construction technologies are introduced in detail for cantilever steel formwork,in which the strength and stiffness checking of setting steel formwork,strength checking of cantilever stent and force bolt for anchorage are done to indicate that the checking results can meet design requirements.
