游离睾酮指数对PCOS不孕患者行IVF治疗妊娠结局预测 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕过程中游离睾酮指数对妊娠结局的预测。方法回顾性分析PCOS患者124例(实验组)和输卵管阻塞不孕患者132例(对照组)接受IVF-ET治疗的临床资料,比较两组血清游离睾酮指数,以及对获卵数、受精率、卵裂率、胚胎着床率、优质胚胎率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率、卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率等的影响。结果 PCOS组游离睾酮指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组获卵数比较差异无统计学意义。不论FTI高低,两组的优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS不孕患者行IVF-ET治疗过程中血清游离睾酮指数越低其妊娠结局可能越好。 Objective To explore whether free testosterone index (FTI) associated with the outcome of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) undergoing IVF treatment. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 124 women with PCOS (PCOS group) and 132 infertility patients with tubal obstruction (control group) undergoing fresh IVF-ET treatment. We compared with the serum free testosterone index, number of oocytes, fertilization rates, cleavage rates, embryo implantation rates, high quality embryo rates, biochemical pregnancy rates, clinical pregnancy rates, miscarriage rate, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) rates of occurrence between the two groups. Results The free testosterone index of PCOS group was higher than control group, so the difference had statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). On the number of oocytes between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant. Whether FFI was high or low, high quality embryo rates, clinical pregnancy rates, miscarriage rates between two groups, the difference had statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The serum free testosterone index of PCOS patients undergoing IVF treatment is the lower;the pregnancy outcome may be the better.
