摘要 介绍了一种高光含氟外墙乳胶漆的研制方法,并从涂料各组分的角度阐述了润湿分散剂、增稠剂、顔填料、乳液等对光泽和其他性能的影响。筛选出高光含氟外墙乳胶漆所需的原材料,对含氟乳液的性能进行分析和概括,开发出成本低、性能好,用于建筑外墙的高光含氟外墙乳胶漆。多次优化配方,以实际检测和应用情况为基础,提供稳定性好、容易调色的外墙高光含氟乳胶漆生产配方。为研制高光、环保、高性能的建筑外墙用高光含氟外墙乳胶漆提供设计思路和理论依据。 This paper has introduced a preparation method of high gloss fluorocarbon latex paints for ex- terior wall, and described the influence of wetting dispersant, thickener, pigments, fillers, and emulsion, etc. on paint gloss and other performances in terms of each component of the paint. A low cost and high per- formancc high gloss fluorocarbon exterior paint was developed based on selection of the desired raw materials and analysis of fluorocarbon emulsion properties. On the basis of practical tests and application, the formula- tion was optimized, providing a high gloss fluorocarbon exterior latex paints, which was stable and easy - tin- ting. It provides a design idea and a theoretical basis for developing enviromental friendly high gloss and high performance fluorocarbon coatings.
