摘要
结合工作经验,针对项目实施阶段工程造价控制的重要性,就如何做好工程施工阶段的招标工作和竣工结算工作提出了自己的看法,并进行了简要论述,对提高建设资金的投资效益具有重要意义。
Combining with the working experience, the paper aiming at the importance of the engineering costs control in the implementation stage, points out opinions for the ways of how to do well in the bidding in the engineering construction stage and the complete settlement, and undertakes the brief indication, so as to play the important role in improving the investment benefits of the construction assets.
