Zheng Jin, CEO of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) University, believes that a popular leader should be passionate with their work, be faithful to their colleagues and friends, and be joyful to enjoy their life. She considers famous TCM physicians as the backbone of the hospital, and promotes the spirit of selflessness and humanity. It is no wonder Longhua hospital has received the TCM program which the government will provide the biggest investment, that is, the construction of national TCM clinical research center and the research program of two fundamental diseases.
