解剖型钢板与干骺端加压锁定钢板治疗胫腓骨下段骨折疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较解剖型钢板与干骺端加压锁定钢板治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 66例胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折患者随机分为两组,分别采用解剖型钢板与干骺端加压锁定钢板固定,比较两种方法的手术时间、术后骨折愈合时间。结果解剖型钢板与干骺端加压锁定钢板手术时间分别为(55.6±8.2)min和(40.8±4.5)min,骨折愈合时间分别为(18.1±0.8)周和(12.1±0.5)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折,干骺端加压锁定钢板手术时间、骨折愈合时间均较解剖型钢板短。 Objective To compare the anatomic plate and metaphyseal locking compression plate in the treatment of lower tibiofibular fractures.Methods 66 patients with lower tibiofibular fractures were randomly divided into two groups and treated with anatomical plate fixation and metaphyseal locking compression plate fixation.The operative time and postoperative healing time were analyzed respectively.Results The average operative time was(55.6±8.2)min for anatomical plate group and(40.8±4.5)min for metaphyseal locking compression plate group;the average fracture healing time was(18.1±0.8)weeks for anatomical plate group and(12.1±0.5)weeks for metaphyseal locking compression plate group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Conclusions In the treatment of lower tibiofibular fracture,metaphyseal locking compression plate fixation is bettter than anatomic plate fixation.
