我国长大客运专线建设工程的水土流失影响指数比较 被引量:5

摘要 以武广客专、郑西客专和京沪高铁3条长大客运专线建设工程为例,通过水土流失影响指数评价模型来定量分析、评判客运专线建设工程的水土流失影响程度。结果表明:武广客专、郑西客专和京沪高铁建设项目的水土流失影响指数值分别为0.205,0.176,0.244,均低于全国铁路建设项目水土流失影响指数的平均值,这说明与传统的铁路建设工程相比,当前的客运专线建设工程造成的水土流失影响程度相对较小。其主要原因是平均工程占地(3.05hm2/km)和影响面积(0.485 hm2/km)较小、总土石方量较少(5.32万m3/km)、水土流失总量(269.27 t/km)不大。针对不同的客运专线建设项目,可通过缩短施工期、减少工程弃方量和增加水土流失治理面积,来进一步减弱工程建设的水土流失影响。 In this study,the impact of soil and water loss for construction of three passenger dedicated railways(i.e.Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated railway,Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated railway,and Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway) were quantitatively analyzed and evaluated using the SWII method.The results showed that the impact indices of soil and water loss of these three projects were 0.205,0.176 and 0.244,which were lower than the average value of impact indices of railways construction projects in China.This also indicated that passenger dedicated railways construction would induce less soil and water loss than traditional railway construction.The causes for the low indices of passenger dedicated railways included less occupation land(3.05 hm2/km) and influence area(0.485 hm2/km),little earthwork volume(5.32×104 m3/km),small amount of soil and water loss(269.27 t/km).In addition,for different passenger dedicated railways,we could shorten the construction period,reduce wasted excavation and increase control area of soil and water loss to mitigate the impact of soil and water loss and protect the eco-environment of the regions along the railways.
