摘要
土库曼斯坦巴格德雷合同区域A区块50×108m3/a天然气净化处理厂需安装2座质量为129.391t、高度为95m的放空火炬。在进行吊装方案设计时,受力计算结果显示,当采用整体吊装方案时吊耳梁最大弯曲应力是其许用应力的4倍多,抗弯强度严重不足,成为整体吊装放空火炬需要解决的瓶颈问题。为此,对吊装方案进行了调整、优化,经过技术论证和可行性分析,在施工现场没有合适吊耳梁材料的情况下,采用钢丝绳分解吊点受力的新方法,大大降低了吊耳梁的弯矩和应力,解决了吊耳梁强度不足的技术难题,使整体吊装放空火炬获得成功,同时缩短了施工工期。该方法对类似工程具有借鉴作用。
In the 50×108m3/a natural gas conditioning plant which is located on the Block A of Bradley contract area in Turkmenistan,two 129.391-ton,95-meter release flares are planed to be installed.According to the results of stress calculation at the lifting program designing stage,when the integral lifting program for the release flares is applied,the maximal bending stress of the lifting lug beam is four times of the allowable stress.The bending strength is not adequate,which has become the bottleneck problem for the integral lifting program.Thus,the lifting program has been adjusted and optimized,and the technical demonstration and feasibility analysis have been performed.When there are no proper lifting lug beam materials,the new method for stress distribution with wire ropes can greatly reduce the bending moment and stress.It is capable of resolving the issue of inadequate strength of the lifting lug beam.The integral lifting scheme for the release flares has been successfully performed and the construction period has been shortened.The method has great significance in providing references for similar projects.
